Privacy Policy for PROSPR AppEffective Date: February 4th 2026PROSPR App (“PROSPR”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you use the PROSPR application and related support channels (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.1. Non-Disclosure of Information to AdvertisersWe do not sell, rent, or lease your information to advertisers or third parties for advertising purposes.2. Analytics and App Usage ObservationPROSPR uses remote analytics tools (including Google Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand how the app is used, improve the user interface, identify usability issues, and prioritize enhancements. These analytics are used in an aggregated manner and are not intended to uniquely identify users or collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) for tracking purposes.3. Apple Health Data Use and On-Device ProcessingPROSPR may request permission to access Apple Health / HealthKit data to help analyze and measure potential cognitive fatigue and burnout-related indicators.Health data accessed by PROSPR is processed on-device.PROSPR does not transmit Apple Health / HealthKit data off-device to any remote database, repository, or external server.4. On-Device AnalysisAll analysis performed by PROSPR (including computations, scoring, and trend evaluation) is executed on your device. This data is processed and maintained on your device. Switching devices may affect this feature depending on device settings, which may in turn affect data access to previously stored analysis and scoring data on prior device(s).5. Local Storage, iCloud, and Data Access ControlsPROSPR uses Apple Core Data to maintain a private datastore associated with your Apple ID. Where enabled, iCloud is used to store and protect your check-in history and related app data. This datastore is private to you and accessible only when you are authenticated to your Apple ID/iCloud account.PROSPR administrators and staff do not have access to your Core Data/iCloud datastore. In practical terms: your check-in history is stored in a private repository that only you can access through PROSPR while signed to the App and your Apple account.6. Aggregation of Non-Identifiable DataWe may aggregate non-identifiable information to better understand product performance and user needs, improve features and user experience, and evaluate enhancements. This aggregated data is designed to exclude personal identifiers.7. Data Protection EffortsWe employ reasonable, industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.8. Data Flow and StoragePROSPR’s core check-in and health-related data processing is designed to occur on-device and within your Apple ecosystem (e.g., your iCloud account, if enabled). For analytics, information may be processed by third-party analytics providers in multiple jurisdictions, depending on network routing and provider infrastructure.9. User RightsSubject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information. Because PROSPR stores your primary check-in history in a private Apple Core Data/iCloud datastore, many controls are available to you directly through your device and iCloud settings. Where PROSPR provides in-app export functionality, it is intended to help you maintain ownership and portability of your entered data. Given this privacy architecture, We are not able to modify data in your account or assist in updating data you entered through the App or through your Apple ID/ iCloud Account.10. Data RetentionWe retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Check-in history stored in your private iCloud/Core Data datastore is retained according to your Apple iCloud settings and your device’s configuration, unless deleted by you.11. Policy UpdatesWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and posting the revised Policy.12. Jurisdiction-Specific ProvisionsWe aim to comply with applicable privacy laws and principles, which may include GDPR (Europe), CCPA/CPRA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada), as applicable to our users and operations.By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
